Decision on the competition format

Thank you for participating in the survey.

The survey did not yield a clear result, which led us, as organizers, to this decision.

The EuroCup Germany will take place as planned over three days.

From 15.05.-17.05.26. The 14.05.2026 ist the official training day

The number of participants remains at a maximum of 50 pilots.

I have recalculated the schedule, and for this reason, we will be issuing one additional wildcard entry per class, based on the order in which the entry fee was received and the lowest number beginning with W… in each class.

On the one hand, we want to maintain the quality of the competition, and on the other hand, we want to avoid unnecessarily increasing costs for everyone.

The plan is therefore 3x Known, 2x Unknown, and 1x Freestyle. Changes due to weather conditions are possible.

Every participant who was unable to secure a starting place will be informed personally and can decide whether to remain on the waiting list or not. If they do not wish to remain, they will receive an immediate refund of their entry fee.

As soon as starting places become available, we will inform the next pilots on the waiting list.

The competition will be completely closed on March 31, 2026. From that date onward, we will no longer be able to refund entry fees for organizational reasons.

We thank all pilots for their tremendous interest; we didn’t expect this and are overwhelmed. The decision wasn’t easy, but it’s the only way to guarantee a high-quality competition.
